If you live in Kochi your order will be shipped from a warehouse located within the city.
If your area is not under serviceable, we will initiate refund for any payment made on our website and cancel the order.
Delivery Time: 1 day to 4 days depending on your location and delivery partner.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges depend on the weight & distance approximately it will come around Rs 500 to Rs 1000. The exact amount will be displayed at the time of check-out. The shipping charges displayed are inclusive of both delivery & pick-up.
Return Instructions: Pack all the gear in the delivery bag provided and lock it as received before handing over to the delivery partner. Quality check will be performed only at our warehouse.
Cancellations and Modifications
In case of a price conflict due to staggered pricing, unless otherwise mentioned or implied, the higher of the prices will apply.
The time durations are to be calculated as the duration between when the items were to be delivered and the time when the call was made to modify the order. If the call isn’t answered, an email detailing the modification may be sent. The phone/email request shall be considered only during normal business hours of 9 AM to 8 PM on all days. If the call/email happens outside of these hours, they shall come into consideration during the next business hour period.
No refunds would be possible once the rental period has started as the product will be reserved exclusively for the user for the selected duration.
