The process, step by step
1. Browse the shop
Browse all 147+ listings at fullframegear.com/shop or filter by category — camera kits, lenses, lighting, audio, grip, and accessories. Use the search bar for a specific model or brand. Every listing shows the fixed asking price with no hidden fees.
2. Read the listing
Every listing includes real photos of the actual item, a condition grade (A / B / C), usage hours for camera bodies, and a complete checklist of what’s included — batteries, cables, cards, cases, and accessories. Read it carefully before reaching out.
3. Enquire
Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with the item you’re interested in. Tell us your name, what you’re looking at, and any questions. We respond same day and confirm availability immediately.
4. View in person (recommended for kits)
For camera bodies, lens sets, and any item above ₹50,000, we strongly recommend an in-person viewing at our Kochi location. You can inspect the item, power it on, check the grade against the listing, and close the deal on the spot. Book a time via WhatsApp and we’ll have it ready.
5. Pay and collect or ship
Pay via UPI, bank transfer, or online checkout. For in-person pickups at Kochi, payment and handover happen at the same time. For deliveries, we dispatch on payment confirmation and send tracking details. Delivery is available across Kerala — contact us for items outside Kerala.

- Usage hours for all camera bodies (e.g., FX9 at 103 hours)
- A complete “what’s included” checklist — batteries, cards, cables, plates, cases
- Any known cosmetic or functional notes, clearly flagged
- Fixed asking price — no auctions, no haggling
If something isn’t in the listing and you need to know, just ask. We’d rather answer the question upfront than have a surprised buyer.
Payment and collection
Payment methods
We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS), and online card payment via checkout. For high-value transactions, bank transfer is preferred and confirmation is sent immediately. GST invoice issued on request.
Pickup from Kochi
Our preferred handover method for camera kits, lens sets, and any item above ₹50,000. You inspect, we confirm condition together, payment and gear exchange at the same time. Based in Eroor, Kochi — exact location shared on booking.
Delivery across Kerala
Items are packed professionally and dispatched via insured courier on payment confirmation. Tracking details sent immediately. For delivery outside Kerala, contact us before ordering — we handle this case by case depending on the item value and destination.
Common questions
Can I negotiate the price?
No — all prices are fixed and set fairly at market value. Malayalam Filmmakers members receive up to 10% off on camera and equipment packages. Join at malayalamfilmmakers.com.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
Same day for WhatsApp messages, typically within a few hours. For emails, same business day. If you’re enquiring about a high-demand item, WhatsApp is faster.
What if I’m outside Kerala?
We can arrange delivery outside Kerala for most items. Contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm courier options, insurance, and any additional shipping cost for your location.
Is there a return policy?
Yes. DOA (Dead on Arrival) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video evidence. Material mismatch vs the listing must be reported within 72 hours. See the full Refund and Returns Policy for details.
What does the condition grade mean?
Grade A — near-new cosmetically, fully functional. Grade B — light cosmetic wear consistent with careful use, fully functional. Grade C — visible cosmetic wear, fully functional. Any known issues beyond the grade are always disclosed separately in the listing notes.
Do you issue a GST invoice?
