How to File a Grievance
Email [email protected] with subject line: Grievance – [Your Order Number]
Include: your name, contact details, order number or transaction reference, description of the grievance, and supporting evidence (photos, screenshots, delivery records).
Response Timelines

Escalation
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, you may escalate to the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) at ncdrc.nic.in, to a consumer commission of appropriate jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or via the E-Daakhil portal at edaakhil.nic.in.
Privacy Grievances
For complaints related to personal data processing under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, use the same contact details above. Privacy grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days (or such period as prescribed by applicable rules).
