This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases from FullFrameGear — whether via our website, invoice, WhatsApp, or email order. It is subject to our full Terms and Conditions and Refund and Returns Policy.
1. In-Person Pickup — Kochi
Pickup from our Kochi workspace is our preferred handover method, especially for camera bodies, lens kits, and all items above ₹50,000.
- Location: PKRA-53, Kanal Viswanad Rd, Eroor South, Eroor, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala 682306
- Booking required: Book a viewing via WhatsApp or the booking form before visiting — especially for camera and lens kit inspections
- Payment and handover: Same day, on-site. Payment by UPI or bank transfer confirmed at handover
- Hold period: Items can be held for up to 24 hours on a confirmed viewing booking. Holds are not available for shipped orders
- Inspection on pickup: You inspect the item on-site before completing payment. Cosmetic and externally visible condition is accepted at handover
2. Kerala Delivery
- Coverage: All serviceable locations within Kerala
- Courier partners: Reputable national courier services (Shiprocket, Delhivery, or equivalent — confirmed at dispatch)
- Estimated transit time: 1–3 business days from dispatch
- Dispatch: Items dispatched on payment confirmation. Tracking details sent to you immediately after dispatch
- Packaging: All items professionally packed. High-value items (camera bodies, lens kits, monitors) are double-boxed with anti-static precautions and adequate cushioning
- Insurance: Shipping insurance included for items above ₹25,000. Insurance coverage is stated on the shipment documentation
- Delivery confirmation: You will receive a delivery notification and tracking link
3. Pan-India Shipping
Pan-India shipping is available on a case-by-case basis.
- Before ordering: Contact us via WhatsApp or email to confirm courier options, insurance requirements, and any additional cost for your specific location and item
- Camera bodies and lens sets: Enhanced packaging and insurance required for long-distance shipping. Confirm with us before purchase
- Estimated transit time: 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on destination
- Prohibited zones: We may be unable to ship to certain remote locations not serviceable by our courier network. We will confirm serviceability before accepting payment
4. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time. All sales are for delivery within India or in-person pickup in Kochi.
5. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
Unless mandatory law states otherwise, risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the courier at dispatch (or at pickup handover for in-person collection). Title transfers upon full payment and dispatch/handover.
6. Transit Damage
- Inspect packaging and item immediately upon delivery
- If the box is damaged or tampered, record evidence (continuous unboxing video strongly recommended), note it with the courier at handover, and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours
- Retain all original packaging materials — these are required for any courier claim

7. Non-Delivery
- If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number and tracking details
- We will investigate with the courier and work toward a resolution — replacement (if item is available) or refund, subject to courier claim outcome
- Re-delivery, rerouting, and return-to-origin fees caused by incorrect address details provided by you are chargeable to you
8. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery details at the time of order. Errors in address that cause failed delivery, re-routing, or return-to-origin are your responsibility. Additional charges incurred will be passed on.
