FullFrameGear operates a consignment programme for working filmmakers and production professionals who want to sell pre-owned cinema and production gear through our platform. Every listing — regardless of track — is graded by FFG and listed alongside our own inventory. This policy sets out the terms for sellers.
1. Eligibility
- You must be the legal owner of the item, with clear title and no encumbrances
- Items must not be stolen, subject to any financing or hire-purchase agreement, or involved in any legal dispute
- You must be able to provide valid proof of purchase or ownership if requested
- If you are GST-registered and the transaction triggers GST obligations, you are responsible for your own GST compliance
2. Two Listing Tracks
We offer two ways to list with us. In both cases, FFG grades the item and lists it with our inventory. The difference is where the item is held until it sells.
Track A — Warehouse Check-in
You bring the item to our Kochi workspace. FFG physically inspects, tests, and grades it. We take possession and list it with our own inventory. On sale, we handle buyer handover directly.

- Grading: FFG-A / B / C assigned after physical inspection at our workspace, including functional test and usage-hour check where applicable
- Storage: Item held at our Kochi workspace until sold or collected
- Best for: Camera bodies, cine lenses, monitors, wireless video systems, and all items above ₹50,000
- If an item does not meet our listing standards, we will inform you and arrange return — no fee is charged
Track B — Remote / Owner-Managed
You keep the item. You submit real photos of the actual unit, an honest condition description, usage hours (where known), your asking price, and your storage location. FFG reviews the submission, assigns a grade based on the evidence, and lists the item alongside our inventory.
- How to start: Send photos, condition notes, usage hours, and asking price to [email protected] or WhatsApp
- Photos required: Real photos of the actual unit — all sides, any wear marks, serial number visible. No stock photos or manufacturer images
- Grading: FFG-A / B / C assigned by FFG based on the submitted evidence. We may ask for additional photos or a video test before confirming the grade
- Storage: Item stays with you until a buyer confirms. On sale confirmation, you arrange handover to the buyer or deliver to our Kochi workspace for onward dispatch
- Best for: Accessories, grip, audio, lighting, filters, cases, and any item where the seller can provide thorough photographic evidence
- Misrepresentation of condition in a Remote listing shifts liability for any resulting dispute to the seller — see §7
3. Listing Terms
- Items are listed at a price agreed between you and FullFrameGear, based on current market value
- Listings remain active for up to 90 days from the date of listing. If an item does not sell within 90 days, we will contact you to extend, reprice, or (for Track A) arrange collection
- You may request removal of your listing at any time before a sale is confirmed
- Track B only: You must keep the item available and in the listed condition for the duration of the listing. Notify us immediately if condition changes
4. Commission
FullFrameGear charges a commission on the final sale price. Commission rates are agreed in writing before listing and vary by item category and listing track. Contact us at [email protected] to discuss current rates for your specific item.
5. Payment to Seller
- Seller payment is made within 7 business days of confirmed buyer payment and successful delivery or handover
- Payment is made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) to your nominated account
- A transaction statement is provided with each payment
6. Seller Warranties
By listing an item with FullFrameGear, you warrant that:
- You have full legal title to the item and the right to sell it
- The item is not stolen, subject to any third-party claim, or encumbered in any way
- All information you provide about the item’s condition and history is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
- The item does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Track B additionally: The photos and condition notes submitted are of the actual item in its current state and are not altered or misrepresentative
7. Returns and Disputes
If a buyer raises a valid DOA or material mismatch claim (see our Refund and Returns Policy), we will investigate and may need to return the item to you. In such cases, the commission for that transaction is not payable.
For Track B listings: if a buyer’s claim arises from a condition mismatch between the listing and the item received — and the mismatch results from inaccurate or incomplete seller submission — any refund costs and associated losses may be recovered from your seller payment or invoiced separately.
8. How to Get Started
Track A (Warehouse Check-in): WhatsApp or email us with the item name, model, and approximate condition. We will confirm suitability and schedule a drop-off appointment at our Kochi workspace.
Track B (Remote): Email real photos (all angles, serial number visible, any wear clearly shown), usage hours if known, honest condition notes, and your asking price to [email protected]. We will review within 2 business days and confirm whether we can list it and at what grade.
